5 rounds of:

AMRAP in 3:00
3 Power Cleans, 135#
6 Pushups
9 Squats
Rest 1:00

Total = 6-6-5-5-6

Notes:
One of my favorites. It's not a PR but its the same amount of rounds as I got last time I did this in October. The rounds for that go were 7-6-5-5-5. The squats get really tough towards the end.
