REST DAY
Daily Report:
Body: Good, no soreness
Sleep: 7 hrs., decent
Nutrition: Strict, no fruit, dairy, legumes, grains, 1 small cup of coffee
Notes: Worked in yard most of the day, so can consider this an "active rest" day.
