Forearms really got burned on this one today. Spent a lot of time stretching and rolling out afterward to try to avoid the same soreness that I had after the first time.

PWO - 1 scoop SFHPW, 5g BCAAs, 2g Glutamine, 2g MSM, 2g Fish oil
