REST DAY
-Played around with some KB snatches in the afternoon.
Notes:
100% Paleo today. Calves were still a little sore from Monday's massage. It is affecting my foot on the right side due to the tightness. It helps to stretch the calf and roll the foot temporarily. Back is tender from deadlifts as to be expected. Sleep has been poor the past few days, about 6 hrs. per night.
Supplementation:
1 tbsp. of chlorophyll, 10,000 I.U. Vit D., 1g Vit C. ~3-4g fish oil.
