Notes:
Previous 3RM on PC was 215. Did a single for 225 last week. Felt strong today in the lifts and the metcon was good too. Did not slow down/hesitate at any point.
Nutrition:
Starting to get back on track with the diet...90%+ Paleo daily. Ate really well today minus some cheese that were on my eggs at a restaurant this morning. I did not feel like sending them back.
