Notes:
*work originally called for 315 on the deadlift. I did that for the first 2 rounds, and decided that was too heavy. Hands hurt during the WOD, so pullups were tough.
Nutrition/Supplementation:
95% paleo today. Had some ranch dressing on a salad for dinner, and some bbq sauce with beef ribs.
-15g BCAA's, 1g Vit. C, 10,000 I.U. Vit. D, 1 tbsp. chlorophyll, 3-4g fish oil
