**The 2.0 Mile Run is conducted on indoor or outdoor track or another suitable running area
that is measured so that exact distances are indicated. Test site should be relatively flat (no
more than three-percent grade); surface is blacktop/asphalt road which is free of debris.

Notes:
Did this with a buddy of mine who is trying to get into the DEA. Surprisingly difficult. *The 55 situps were done with hands clasped behind the head. Everything is supposed to be done with minimal rest between, but we rested about 5:00 after the shuttle run. The description of the run is because we ran an awful route that was pretty undulated. Time would've been low 13 to sub 13 on a track.
-I have been focusing more on power lately and this shows exactly that effort. I will begin more CF type programming in February, mixed modality.
