REST DAY

Notes:
Back is pretty tender today, and so are my shoulders. Overall feeling is pretty good.

Nutrition/Supplementation:
3-4g fish oil, 1g Vit. C, 10,000 I.U. Vit. D, 1 tbsp. chlorophyll

  2. Thanks! Gonna have to work harder though...I weigh a bit more than you, so the strength to weight ratio is a bit skewed. :) I enjoy reading your blog and keeping up with your progress. It's been pretty phenomenal since the beginning over at TSQ.
