Did 2 rounds of the Endurance recovery:
15 GHD situps
15 Back Ext
15 KB swings, 44#
15 Pullups, sets of 5 various grips
15 pushups

Foam Rolled

NOTES:
Ate good food today wasn't real hungry throughout the day though. Hamstrings considerably sore.
